Dog Licenses

Per Chapter 16.08 of the Waterville Municipal Code:

It is unlawful for any person to own or have custody or possession of any dog in the town without having secured a license therefore from the Clerk/Treasurer of the Town. (Ord. 333 - 1970).

License Fees (annual):

$15.00 for un-neutered dogs

$10.00 for neutered dogs

Fees are due for each calendar year or portion thereof and shall be due and payable on or before January 31st of each year.

Note:  A late license fee of $5.00 shall be charged for licensing any dog that was required to be licensed and not licensed by January 31st of any year.
